tuesday, 28 February 2023

For all products, with the exception of the QuietTruck, since October 2022 the limit for the Piek-Keur certificate has been a maximum of 62 dB (A). Despite the fact that the entry into force of the Environment and Planning Act has been postponed and therefore the legal maximum noise level on the facade 60 dB (A) remains for the time being, the Piek-Keur continues to allow the Piek-Keur certification limit at 62 dB (A). Because the certification level of Piek-Keur is higher than the legal standard, it is possible that, partly due to this reason, it cannot be loaded and unloaded at all locations.

For the oldest peak-approval Type approval certificates issued before 1 January 2016, an end validity of type approval certificates up to and including 31 March 2023. This date does not change due to the postponement of the Environment and Planning Act.
